It was an epic and wonderful experience I had at the event. We had our market storm at Egbeda, Lagos State. Which we do once in every three (3) months. I'm do glad to share my experience with my #Hive friends.

Basically, the motive is to get more potential customers to have an account with the bank, and make banking services easier to old potential customers. We brought so many gadgets and sales agents to satisfy all customers and attended to thier complaints.

I was able to feel the pain customers go through when their complaints are not resolved swiftly in the bank and also the importance of an account officer who oversees the account of every customers account. I made friends, clients and acquaintance at the market storm. I saw to it that all issues brought to my desk was all resolved.

Some customers even engaged in the raffle draw and won so many prices. It was a great day though having this kind of experience which will last for the next two days. The people in the community were so happy to have us around and welcomed us with an open heart.

After the day activity, I took some pictures with my colleagues at the storm ground. Drinks and snacks were shared among staffs, we had alot of fun at the event.

It was a busy day for me and an experience I will never forget because I had a great time and day.
