The dictator (or Castro family puppet) Cuban Diaz Canel continues to waste public resources attending summits of which he does not achieve any trade or political weight of weight. The photo walks do not represent any improvement for the Cuban people. His assistance to the BRICS summit is no different. Not even allies are confident in lending money or giving large scale economic assistance to Cuba.

The value of 1 dollar is 385 Cuban pesos (CUP). Now the Cuba minimum pension is around 3.94 USD, the minimum wage is 5.45 USD, and the average salary is 16.03 dollars; all amounts are on a monthly basis.

Consumer price indices have increased an average of 479.44 % compared to the 2010 base. Until now the accumulated variation this year is 8.26 %, but the interannual amounts to 14.75 %. The bad living continues, and salaries have less and less purchasing power.

Social

Lack of medicines, high cost of food, and political repression are the constant in Cuba. When this fact changes I will report it.
