RE: AI - Blessing or a Curse for HIVE? .:. March 1st HivePUD

Loves a recent contribution: Hive Arcade with Tetris and Battleship games!
No idea if AI was used for the programming, but a great contribution to HIVE.

I love it! It was great to see @minigunner taking the lead and showing by example how it is possible to do it, even without any coding knowledge! They are just simple games, but a great showcase of the AI possibilities... Hopefully, others will follow those steps and create more things... Hopefully, including myself... lol... 😃
It is ridiculous to ignore the AI and not adopt it... It's like ignoring BTC in 2009... 😃

AI and content: Well, whether we like it or not, HIVE will be full of AI-generated content. I wonder what this will do with the blogging side of HIVE.

Yeah, I kind of agree that it's imminent... I mean, having AI content on HIVE... But, there is a place for all kinds of content, and I'm trying to accept it... If I don't like it, I will not upvote it and continue...
There aren't bad posts (ok, maybe some are), but there is a lot of "bad curation"...

Recently, I noticed on Reddit 'Human/AI' markers at each post and comment (done with GPTzero AI detector). Loved that. Would be great to have in our blogging UIs.

I think PeakD has something like "AI tools used"... Even YT has something similar, but many creators ignore that and don't "mark" their posts as AI-generated, even if they did it...

That is why I like what I saw at Reddit. I thought of this myself already, but most said: We can't be sure whether the detector is correct or not. But WTF. When Reddit does this, we can't be stupid ass and still say: We should not do it. Will make curation human content mucho easier, while not accidentally skipping posts and users because we have to litle time to thoroughly investigate if the content is AI-generated or not.

Hopefully, including myself... lol... 😃

I signed me up for a 14 days crash course on AI tools and how to build agents and all that, including a 48hrs hackaton. And plan to let my employer pay for it. Will happen in a few months. I know quite a lot about tools around, but more in theory than pratically. I need this course to get myself moving in practice. Lets see what I'll do after giving myself this push. Hopefully I become practical as hell, perhaps even for HIVE.

Simple but these games are SUPER DUPER to attract mass market, the older people. They know these games! And this is a way to onboard other users, then writers. The Arcade is SO IMPORTANT and can do SO MUCH for HIVE. When properly marketed, and engineered, and UX-ed. Needs to be super simple: Play with the account. Play with Google/FB/X account. Move the HIVE account to the background. Add point system other than HIVE, as some form og loyalty system. The HIVE stacking for the new game, the boats one, is not good, nice for HIVE users, but not for none HVE users. Anyway, will get in touch with the guys later in time to discuss these elements. I like for them to first dev their 3rd game.
