The Changing Meaning of Success

Hello friends, #education lovers! I am writing this blog to honestly reflect my thoughts on the recent happenings or development in our so beautiful world such that the meaning of success or to be successful has changed its meaning.

For many years, success followed a fairly simple formula that almost everyone can handle or pursue which was getting a stable job, financial security, sometimes one could get a home and a comfortable lifestyle which is already enough to cover up for the basic/social amenities that we humans need to survive. Thats fairly simple yeah? at least if it were still that way today the world would happier and for myself i would be closer to success. These milestones were widely accepted as the standard markers of achievement which made those years or times to live in. Sometimes i even wish i was in the medeival age (lol).

But you know… something interesting is happening today, oh and i guess it will keep happening and more agressively and tenacious because the civilization and standard of life keeps rising everyday. Now it means a lot to be rich, how much more wealthy then to be successful? Look before i continue id give you the trick… to be successful today is to be contented with yourself, that is the best abd fastest way to be succesful in this age because if yoi look for your suceess to be validated it will push you beyond your bothers and could land you in depression because you will feel like a failure.

More people are beginning to question whether success must always follow the same pattern and i domt blame them because the sytem is harder, some individuals even prioritize freedom over stability. Others pursue creative work, entrepreneurship or careers that allow them to control their time rather than maximize income. For some, success simply means having peace of mind and meaningful relationships rather than chasing status or wealth.

The modern definition of success is becoming more annoying but gladly people are now making it more personal and thats what we should adopt, please 🙏 so we can all be happy. You dont need to be Elon before youre successful.

Instead of following one universal path, people are beginning to design lives that align with their own values and priorities which is divine.
For me the most significant shift is that success is slowly becoming something individuals define for themselves rather than something society defines for them, we are not there yet but we will all be happier soon.
