Our attention has quietly become one of the most valuable things in the modern world they say time is money, i agree with that but attention is worth more than time! Is it priceless or not?
One major thing that makes attention different from time is the influence that always follows it, now your time is not controlling you but the contents you are giving your attention to.

Welcome to the future where almost everythinh is done on our phones. So many things are trying to be seen, trying to take our focus.
Every app we open, every platform we scroll through, every notification that lights up the phone is all in competition for a small piece of our attention. Asmr videos screaming « watch me « we also live in a tome where social media is dominant and we get so many notifications messages and some times we dont want to wait on them so we dont miss out.
Many people feel busy all the time and yet it is kinda strange that they are not focused at all. The day feels full, but when you step back and look at it carefully, you will realize that your attention was scattered across dozens of small things rather than it being invested deeply in one meaningful thing.

Many things, bodies , entreprises are just trying so hard to capture our attention through so many ways, some for data sake so they can get access to information and none of it happened by accident, a lot of industries are designed around capturing and holding human attention.
Its very good to learn how to capture and be in control of your attention or else someone else will do that for you and when that happens we happen to be a tool or puppet being used for personal aims.
Attention is very powerful, It shapes what we learn, what we think about, what we create and even how we understand the world around us that is why learning how to pause the noise and stepping away from constant scrolling gives our full focus to something meaningful and somehow that slowly become one of the most important skills of modern life. Just learn to focus! Its a skill.
Ill choose my focus each day because attention unlike anything becomes harder to reclaim, when its being lost very often.

If you didn't know I've been getting downvoted for a long time on Hive
They have been trying to bully me with downvotes and words but it doesn't affect me I've been online for over 25 years
So I've dealt with people like this before it's nothing new
But what they are doing is bad Very badi joined steemit like everyone else thinking it offers freedom but I must say steemit offered much more freedom than Hive does
Everyone already knows I only post my own original content I have no need to steal anything from anyone
I've been labelled a lot of things on Hive 😂 by the biggest farmers scammers and downvoters
Actions speak louder than any words do especially when them words are coming from a compolsive liars
