There are many parents among us who only feed their children processed milk after the birth of their child. This is a big mistake. Processed milk can be very harmful to the child. Because it contains chemicals and is not beneficial for the child's health.

The most beneficial thing for the child is mother's breast milk. Mother's breast milk will last for six months. If mother's breast milk is not available, then an alternative can be found in that case. But first, the mother must be sure about this and keep trying.

Especially children like to eat food like chips and chanachur. Since children like it, our parents prefer food like chips and snacks for their children. But this is completely wrong.

Vitamin-rich food must be provided for the child. The best list of these includes milk, eggs, meat, etc. Moreover, green vegetables help in the brain development of the child. Therefore, the child should be given fish, meat, milk, eggs, green vegetables along with normal food.
