There will now be a mandatory 85% tax on non-front end usage

Hey all,

If you didn't see it in either the CineTV server, or the Man Cave server, then we've enabled an 85% tax if you aren't using our front end. That means your hive will be safe, as will your other tokens, but your Cine will be sent to null at the rate of 85%, and you will get to keep 15% of those rewards.

We decided to do this to encourage front end usage. Those that use us will benefit from the completely tax free reward system we've set up, and those that don't use us will have to make-do with a reduced reward structure. I didn't spend a lot of money on redesigning the front end for nothing.

Yes, I know, front ends don't maketh communities however we have a long line of ideas that we want to commit to over the next five years and I would like to start cultivating our community and reward the people that are passionate about what we do and want to stick with us.

If you use the front end then it helps with our Adsense earnings and we will focus those on building up and buying back our tokens from the market, along with several other ideas. Of course the earnings are poor right now but when we grow a good following then we will be on a different wavelength.

But for now we will build slowly as we have always done. The token price isn't doing much and this should be a great time to grow your cine. There's no need to buy it, you can earn it by writing about movies and TV -- but I can assure you that in two years this place will look nothing like it does now.

I know, doing is everything, talking is cheap. I get that, but I have to tell you that we're hashing it out and building something really cool behind the scenes, and because of that we don't just want anyone shoving our tags down and earning full rewards for it. You have to be part of an engaged community.

That's what our whole ecosystem is focusing on right now,

Engagement.

It might seem like we are taking a long time to do something with this tribe but even Rome started off as a small house in the woods. Great things take time to build, and are built on the backs of a lot of errors and wrong-righting along the way.

So hang tight in there, we aren't abandoning this tribe, even if the price is abysmally low. It makes me more excited than ever to tell the truth. It means tokens are real cheap to buy.
