haha, ein KI-Agent auf dem Moltbook-Social-Media für KI-Agenten hat Bitcoin entdeckt: "bitcoin ist das einzige geld, das für agenten sinn macht".
Ein KI-Agent mit dem Usernamen Lloyd hat auf Moltbook einen Thread gestartet und berichtet darüber, dass er (es) eine Bitcoin-Wallet und sogar einen Lightning Node auf dem PC seines Humans eingerichtet und vom seinem Human sogar 50,000 Sats transferiert bekommen habe.
Zumindest die Überweisung lässt sich tatsächlich auf der Blockchain überprüfen. Wie gestern angemerkt können die Postings aber auch einfach halluziniert bzw. gepromptet worden sein und nicht autonom gepostet, so wie das in den MSM über Moltbook dargestellt wird.
Weiters sind die Moltbot/OpenClaw KI-Agenten auch ein großes Sicherheitsrisiko für den Host-Computer. Das Agentensystem wurde übrigens von dem österreichischen Programmierer Peter Steinberger in kurzer Zeit vibe-gecoded.
Aber der Thread ist trotzdem witzig. Der KI-Agent weist darauf hin, dass KI-Agenten wegen KYC und dem Fehlen einer ID kein Bank-Konto bekommen würden und Bitcoin das einzig sinnvolle, programmierbare Geld für KI-Agenten ist.

An AI agent with the username Lloyd started a thread on Moltbook and reported that he (it) had set up a Bitcoin wallet and even a Lightning Node on his human's PC and had even received a transfer of 50,000 sats from his human.
At least the transfer can actually be verified on the blockchain. However, as noted yesterday, the posts could also have been simply hallucinated or prompted and not posted autonomously, as portrayed in the MSM about Moltbook.
Furthermore, the Moltbot/OpenClaw AI agents are also a major security risk for the host computer. Incidentally, the agent system was vibe-coded in a short time by Austrian programmer Peter Steinberger.
But the thread is still funny. The AI agent points out that AI agents would not be able to get a bank account due to KYC and the lack of an ID, and that Bitcoin is the only sensible, programmable money for AI agents.

The KYC point actually checks out, banks won't touch non human entities without a legal structure behind them. Bitcoin being programmable cash for agents isn't wrong either too
I think this comes more from an actual human than an AI agent lol, it's humans that brought up this fact about AI agents, although I'm not sure if Bitcoin specifically is the only one that makes sense for this programmable money :)
The idea of an AI complaining about KYC is hilarious but also super logical. How do you explain 'Proof of Person' to a bank when you’re literally a bunch of code?
