It's not FAANG, it's MANGOS. SpaceX IPO happening on Friday, June 12th 2026 targeting $135 per share or a 1.75 trillion marketcap, putting it in the top 10, even before TSLA.

Damit das klappt, werden einige Tricks angewandt. SpaceX mit xAI, Grok und X als AI-Company positioniert, und nur einen kleinen, begrenzten Teil der Aktien, so 5%, an die Börse bringen.

Manche Trader befürchten aber trotzdem, dass mit so einem hohen Emissionspreis die Aktie gleich zu Beginn überbewertet sein könnte bzw. dass das Wachstumspotential, wenn die Aktie bereits mehr wert ist als TSLA, nicht mehr so hoch ist. Zumindest kurz- und mittelfristig. Langfristig könnte SpaceX genauso wie Tesla durchaus interessant fürs Portfolio sein.

Zu bedenken ist auch, dass die KI- und Social-Media-Anwendungen von SpaceX hoch defizitär sind und es derzeit keinen klaren Pfad gibt, LLMs, KI-Datenzentren oder X profitabel zu machen.

Auch das Raketen-Geschäft dürfte keine Cash-Cow sein, lediglich Starlink generiert Profite, hat aber auch Grenzen, was die Skalierung und das Wachstum betrifft.

Buckle up, SpaceX’s IPO is set to take place on Friday, shares are expected to cost $135, which would catapult SpaceX into the top 10 stocks, even ahead of Tesla.

In order to make this happen, a few tactics are being employed. SpaceX is positioning itself as an AI company with xAI, Grok, and X, and will only list a small, limited portion of its shares, around 5%, on the stock market.

However, some traders still fear that with such a high offering price, the stock could be overvalued right from the start, or that the growth potential, if the stock is already worth more than TSLA, is no longer as high. At least in the short and medium term. In the long term, SpaceX could be an interesting addition to any portfolio, such as Tesla is.

It’s also worth noting that SpaceX’s AI and social media applications are highly unprofitable, and there is currently no clear path to making LLMs, AI data centers, or X profitable.

The rocket business is unlikely to be a cash cow either, only Starlink generates profits, but it also has limitations in terms of scaling and growth.
