I think you are doing fine.

I think downvotes currently could be seen as giving too much power to certain people, but yet again they have invested the HIVE and are doing what they think is better for the platform, so I respect their opinion aswell. As the community grows and Hive power gets more diluted between more people, downvotes will be significantly less effective, especially for quality content creators who can/have built a following.
