The meet up had been a nice one... as for me, my booze days are over because of health issues. When it comes to Scotch, I prefer to drink Dalmore because it has a sherry like mild taste that is not so pungy compared to other scotch whiskies. You should one time try it and see the difference, I am sure you will love it.
I love The Dalmore! My absolute favorite I've ever had was The Macallan 25, absolutely amazing! But at $2600 US per bottle way outside my price range! I've tried most over the years, Johnnie Walker blue was a bit of a disappointment. In the range I can afford I like Oban 14 or The Dalmore!
