Thanks, Yeah, I am not sure about all of it either, but I think at the very least you should get something when I renew my Enterprise subscription this month.

No, I don't think so ;) That's the referral in Listnerds, not click track profit..
If you sign someone up you get a percentage commission when they sign up but I've not heard about that in terms of Click track profit giving part of the commission as well.
