First it's so cool you had your sister train you on menstrual care.

Sorry she left out the pain,maybe she thought something's are better learnt by self.

Your sharing about garlic, that's so helpful, do you know you could crosspost this to the Ladies of Hive, this months prompts are done in collaboration with them.

Yeah sure you can, the tag will only attract anyone who searched for it. But since we are joining them, you can Cross it there and they ll see it like a post in their community too. You ll have to have subscribed to the community.
