Oh my.. I did not know such a thing can even happen. So glad you are better now. I suggest keeping a water tracking app like Plant Nanny. I used it before too as I always forgot to drink water back then.

There are multiple types of disease but not all affected with the same type of diseases if you want to be healthy then eat healthy food and drink water. You don't need to drink a lot of water 2 to 3 l what is enough if you have any other kind of medical history then you have to consult your doctor about what things you should do and what things you don't have to do.
