Here's a brief introduction to Syndicate Protocol and a guide to help you get started building your empire. (Eng/Esp).

About two or three weeks ago I found a post about a new game on Hive called #syndicateprotocol; it's a project that has been active on the network for a very short time and is slowly becoming known. I want to share a little bit about the game in this post and a guide so that you can participate in it.

Syndicate Protocol is a strategy and territory control game. The player is the boss and, as such, has to take care of the recruitment and control of the territory's operations, completing the different contracts and strengthening his empire.

In this game, strategy, resource management and knowing when to act or when to withdraw matters.

The game offers us a basic #freetoplay option, so that we can explore how it works and understand a little more about it, although I should mention that, being a #freetoplay player, the items earned in the different missions or contracts are linked to the account and cannot be traded on the game's market. However, if you really like the project, these items are very helpful to improve your recruits and strengthen your union.

My current level in the game allows me to have 18 recruits, but when I start, this amount is much lower. In the following images will be more or less the step by step to carry out the recruitment.

Recruits have different classes and rarities, which can influence the reward when completing contracts.

It is very important to take into account the balance of available tokens; the recruitment value increases every time a new member is recruited.

Note: To start, recruit only two and complete some contracts.

In the Zones section, the Iron Row zone will be active. There you will find four territories to explore, this in order to see the active contracts and complete them. Territories are restarted every hour and, when exploring them, they will have new contracts.

When exploring the territories, a team should be formed with two of the recruits. This team will have an amount of power together that is a very important element to complete the different contracts.

Contracts display information such as their rarity, difficulty, reward, and boss power. The latter is one of those that should be observed; it should be compared with the power of the team that is in the territory.

By selecting one of the contracts and giving it an advance in its operation, the recruits will lose resistance and, if the resistance reaches a low level, their power will also decrease.

Note: If, when advancing in the contract, they find a boss who surpasses them in power, they can choose to withdraw and thus not lose all resistance of their team, in order to try to complete another one.

By completing the contracts you earn tokens, experience and, if you are lucky, you can find other items such as chests. In my case, I recently got lucky and found my first rare chest.

Depending on their rarity, these chests may contain items needed to level up your recruits.

Like most games, Syndicate has daily and weekly missions; I recommend checking them out before starting any activities.

The game has a system that rewards the most active players; the top 10 gets a reward in Hive. My account barely reaches the 16th place; I have a long way to go if I want to aim for the top.

If exploring the game sparks your interest in expanding your empire in the city, the game offers a premium pass and the ability to unlock new areas. I'm particularly interested in unlocking new areas because that's where I can find items that aren't tied to my account, and I can sell them on the market.

Recently they presented the Syndicate Turf, which are plots that will produce different resources and will also be necessary for the agriculture of the Synx token. Although I recommend you to read the following post which contains the complete information of this.

Hace como dos o tres semanas me encontré una publicación de un nuevo juego en Hive llamado #syndicateprotocol; es un proyecto que lleva muy poco tiempo activo en la red y se está dando a conocer con calma. Quiero compartir un poco sobre el juego en esta publicación y un guía para a puedan participar en el.

Syndicate Protocol es un juego de estrategia y control de territorio. El jugador es el jefe y, como tal, tiene que ocuparse del reclutamiento y control de las operaciones del territorio, completando los diferentes contratos y fortaleciendo su imperio.

En este juego, la estrategia, gestión de recursos y saber cuándo actuar o cuándo retirarte importa.

El juego nos ofrece una opción básica #freetoplay, para que exploremos cómo funciona e ir entendiendo un poco más de él, aunque debo mencionar que, al ser un jugador #freetoplay, los elementos que se ganan en las diferentes misiones o contratos están ligados a la cuenta y no se pueden comercializar en el mercado del juego. Sin embargo, si realmente te gusta el proyecto, estos ítems son de mucha ayuda para mejorar a tus reclutas y fortalecer tu sindicato.

Mi nivel actual en el juego me permite tener 18 reclutas, pero al iniciar, esta cantidad es mucho menor. En las siguientes imágenes estará más o menos el paso a paso para realizar el reclutamiento.

Los reclutas poseen diferentes clases y rarezas, las cuales pueden influir en la recompensa al completar los contratos.

Es muy importante tener en cuenta el balance de tokens disponibles; el valor de reclutamiento aumenta cada vez que se recluta a un nuevo miembro.

Nota: Para iniciar, recluta solo a dos y completa algunos contratos.

En el apartado Zonas, estará activa la zona Iron Row. Allí encontrarás cuatro territorios para explorar, esto con el fin de ver los contratos activos y completarlos. Los territorios se reinician cada hora y, al explorarlos, tendrán nuevos contratos.

Al momento de explorar los territorios, se debe conformar un equipo con dos de los reclutas. Este equipo tendrá una cantidad de poder en conjunto que es un elemento muy importante para completar los diferentes contratos.

Los contratos muestran información como su rareza, dificultad, recompensa y poder del jefe. Este último es uno de los que se debe observar; se debe comparar con el poder del equipo que está en el territorio.

Al seleccionar en uno de los contratos e ir dándole un avance en su operación, los reclutas irán perdiendo resistencia y, si la resistencia llega a un nivel bajo, su poder también disminuirá.

Nota: Si al avanzar en el contrato se encuentran con un jefe que los supera en poder, pueden optar por retirarse y así no perder toda resistencia de su equipo, con el fin de intentar completar otro.

Al completar los contratos se ganan tokens, experiencia y, si tienes suerte, se pueden encontrar otros ítems como cofres. En mi caso, recientemente tuve suerte y me encontré mi primer cofre raro.

En estos cofres, dependiendo de la rareza, se pueden encontrar elementos necesarios para elevar el nivel de los reclutas.

Como la mayoría de los juegos, Syndicate tiene misiones diarias y semanales; les recomiendo revisarlas antes de iniciar cualquier actividad.

El juego tiene un sistema que recompensa a los jugadores más activos; el top 10 recibe una recompensa en Hive. Mi cuenta apenas llega al lugar 16; me falta mucho si quiero apuntar al top.

Si al explorar el juego se enciende una chispa por hacer crecer tu imperio en la ciudad, el juego ofrece el pase premium y el desbloqueo de zonas. A mí me llama la atención desbloquear nuevas zonas, porque allí se encuentran ítems que no son ligados a mi cuenta y puedo venderlos en el mercado.

Recientemente presentaron los Syndicate Turf, las cuales son parcelas que producirán diferentes recursos y también serán necesarias para la agricultura del token Synx. Aunque les recomiendo leer la siguiente publicación que contiene la información completa de esto.
