I solved the problem caused by the hard disk of the ATM machine.

This morning, I suddenly faced a very complex problem. One of our important machines (NCR ATM) suddenly started auto-restarting repeatedly and was not coming to the main screen or live in any way.

To identify the initial problem, I entered the BIOS settings of the machine. When I went there, I saw that the main hard disk of the system was not showing at all. That is, the hard disk was completely dead or damaged. And because of this, the system was restarting repeatedly without being able to boot.

Without delay, I completely opened the entire monitor set and its back panel very carefully. I separated the inside of the motherboard and took out the old damaged hard disk. Then I replaced it with a new 1 terabyte (1TB) capacity solid hard disk and placed it perfectly.

After changing the hard disk, the real challenge was to install and configure the new operating system and the necessary custom software. I started the software setup work by making all the connections properly. Finally, after about two and a half hours of tireless efforts and perfect technical work, Alhamdulillah, I was able to make the machine fully operational and live.

This work, which was done in combination with hardware and software, was indeed quite complex and time-consuming. However, the joy and mental satisfaction of being able to successfully restart the machine is different. Being able to solve any difficult technical problem in this way is the real value of the work.
