RE: Ideas for the next hard fork

a verified HIVE ID and monetization of the voting process would invite more participation. this has been my idea for introducing hive to real world governance for as long as I have been here. currently this would be totally abused by bad actors who just bot everything bc they possess that ability but not the ability to actually convert people from web 2 and teach people about hive.
