A true leader will always try to make peace and make things go smoothly without any problem. I love the way you stayed calm and didn't say anything while the lady was insulting you. And it's was her that realized her mistakes and regretted it by apologising to you because she realized what she did was not good. If it's another person they will have make the matter worse, truly you're an amazing leader. Being a leader is not easy and am happy you're making use of your leader in a rightful way. Keep it up and keep being the good leader you are and I'm sure people around you are happy for who you are.
