I know being first time makes mistakes but when the mistakes happen because of their stubborn nature or thinking that they are always right don't deserve the second chance. It's not related to being the first time, it's related to their nature.

Depends. I can't directly answer about the question just saying yes or no. It's quite complicated. Sometimes their decisions give a hellish feeling, which is not less than murder. I didn't suffer such a thing, which means I am lucky and I don't need to think too much about it.
