As the year 2025 wraps up, there is need for one to begin to take stock of life for proper repositioning towards 2026. For this edition, I would like to share on the power of potentials and unlocking humanity's potential.

Let me continue by sharing what evaluation is. One of the cardinal things in human endeavors that is neglected by most people is the issue of evaluation. I'm quite sure that if one is committed and deliberate about this life would receive a total turn around. Evaluation is a crucial process that makes one or organization to ascertain or assess level of performance, improvement and make informed decisions that would give a quantum shift. One of the major tools I don't take for granted is evaluation. It's powerful and can't just be overemphasized. This is a powerful tool that has varied benefits for humanity and general growth.

I will like to share about the benefits of evaluation.

Evaluation helps one to be accountable, transparent in taking care of resources or things. Many people aren't responsible or accountable over things because most at times they don't evaluate what they do. You can't know the areas of improvement without evaluation. The more you evaluate yourself the more you identify areas of concern and improvement.

Evaluation helps one to identify best practices and encouraging one to adopt a particular idea or technology. Evaluation helps one to learn and make necessary adjustments for betterment of individuals or organization. In the educational system today EVALUATION has become a major tool that determines the level of any student. Evaluation today has been given varied consideration.

It's time for personal and general evaluation in order to have fruitful year 2926. Evaluation night be hectic but it worth doing it periodically. Thanks so for reading.
