RE: Changes to HSBI Exchanges (Good change)

I will do an announcement post in November (folks are used to doing the exchanges on or near the first of the month) explaining again the new changes , but I already had someone do it earlier. So the offer is for everyone to do it a little earlier if they choose to, in order to make it fair. 🦄
