Sustainable HSBIDAO/PIXYDUST Tip Bot is Live!

What do I mean by sustainable tipping bot? Last year we solved the problem of tip bots and sustainability with the @uni-coin tip bot. Usage of the tip bot is based on HP delegations not tokens held. This is important ,in my opinion, for the sustainability and price stability of tokens on HIVE.
To use the bot , simply delegate to this account @pixydust in increments of 25 per call per day. The tip distribution is as follows-

Each bot call will give :
The sender .003 PIXYDUST and .003 HSBIDAO.

The receiver will receive .002 PIXYDUST and .002 HSBIDAO.

The tips do slightly favor the sender.

One of the major issues I saw with tip bots is the tokens are not actually backed by HIVE or other assets (in most cases) and this greatly devalues tokens over time. So we fixed that problem. Having the tip bot be HP delegation based solves this problem and ensures all newly minted tokens are paid for via curation earnings. Post earnings back the tokens as well.

This also allows folks to get tokens without the risk of buying. The HP you delegate is still yours and still earns the HIVE interest when you delegate so this minimizes risk of loss. You can delegate and undelegate at any time.

All PIXYDUST , UNICOIN (and GLITTER) tokens are backed by HIVE/HP and Hive-engine assets BEFORE mint.

This bot also has the bonus of the HSBIDAO tokens held in the tip bot account as well as the main account also earn daily HSBIDAO divs. I will be watching the numbers and will increase the HSBIDAO held as well as HISBDAO:PIXYDUST LP holdings until the HSBIDAO received from daily divs for the tip bot is slightly above what the average distribution of the tokens .

The tip bot is also pre funded with plenty of tokens to get started.

Of course that number will vary. It may take a little while to get there. However, it is already off to a good start and depending on how many people are delegating/using the bot we may actually be close to that number right now.

The tip bot is designed so that folks can enter the HSBIDAO: PIXYDUST LP by sending or receiving tips. Of course folks can also sell the tokens if they wish. Like HSBIDAO there will be a permanent buywall for people who just want to sell their tokens.

Some of the tokens bought back will be recycled back into the tip bot and LP rewards. Some will be burned. I don't expect to do much burning in the next few weeks and recycling tokens takes priority. However burns are a part of the tokenomics making the supply more scarce over time. Tokens are only minted once backed and not all at once. We have more assets backing tokens than tokens that have been minted.

The goal of the LP reward APR is between 15-40%. We are at approximately 30% average APR right now. Rewards will be added regularly to keep the APR stable.

PIXYDUST tokens will be added as rewards very soon (possibly the day this post goes live).

Folks in the LP will still earn HSBIDAO divs in addition to the LP rewards.

This model has worked well with the UNICOIN tip bot. The @uni-coin tip bot works similarly but the tokens tipped are UNICOIN and CENT.
