I noticed the other day that Ecency has added a couple of tools. In general I still use the classic editor in my posts but wanted to test this out. they do also have an Ai assist for writing. I did not test that feature.

Generating an AI image costs 150 points and only took a few seconds to render. I didn't time it , but my best guess is about 10 seconds.

The prompt I used for this image was simply :

"An image of a unicorn sitting in a forest surrounded by rabbits and other critters". I don't see any other critters but the rabbits are adorable.

The only "complaint "I have is once the image is rendered you have the option to download or post but you can't do both. I chose to post the image and the download option was no longer there.At least not from that screen. If I use the tool again I may download then upload it.

I likely won't test the AI assist for writing , but I do like this image generation tool. I have a decent amount of ecency points and it's tempting to sit and make images of unicorns all day (though we have an AI server set up at my house I could use that if I wanted to).

Overall , it's a great little tool for image generation I think. I only tested one image. If there is interest I may do a round of testing a few different prompts for different images. Let me know in the comments.

As of right now this tool is not available if you choose "classic editor" which is still the editor I use by default. I still prefer that one to the newer editor, but that's just my preference. Maybe if I use the newer one more often, I will start to like it better.
