Wow, this anime is something else... I think they did well mixing RomCom with Spokon here, although that may have affected the pacing and progression of the story a bit. I don't know if it's because I've gotten used to 12-episode anime, but watching This whole season of 24 episodes felt a bit tiring to me. But be aware, it wasn't because it wasn't interesting or boring, but quite the opposite.
Despite not being a big fan of the sports genre (spokon), I enjoyed watching this anime because it maintains the dynamic of teenage romance/competitive sports very well. Moreover, the very story and narrative shown in this anime blends the goals or dreams that our protagonist has with his feelings for Chinatsu. But well, I will admit that the decision the protagonist made at the end of this first season didn't completely convince me, but well, that was to be expected too.

The season finale was when I cried for Hina—I was really moved because what happened to her was something that had happened to me too, back when I was a teenager, so all of that really touched me because it was something I’d gone through as well.
The anime is wonderful; the animation quality and character development are magnificent, and now the second season is coming! I’m super excited to start watching it.
Yes, I liked it mostly because of its animation, which is spectacular. Excited for the second season to air already.
