RE: [Movie] Inside the Life of Isaiah: "The Forge"

(edited)

This is absolutely a beautiful and well-crafted movie. Certainly a good watch. I've always applauded the Kendrick Brothers as well, and knowing they had this one, I was sure it was gonna be worth it. And it sure did.
The lessons from the movie are powerful. I was trying to figure out why it was titled “The Forge” until the part that revealed it. How Isaiah’s life got transformed by the discipleship and mentorship of Joshua was amazing and touching. The patience it took to make a responsible man out of an earlier arrogant boy, Isaiah. It's a good one.

The title looks off at first and it wasn't going with the beginning of the movie until towards the ending when Joshua's gave a deep explanation during their discipleship meeting and his patience needs to be studied because if it were to be another people, they would have given up but he saw potential in him right from when they met at the front door.
