(edited)It's good to know there will be another hangout in Lagos next year, and this seems to be a bigger one because of the number of interested people.
The idea of having a record of those who will be present is important for proper planning.
We should have more options for food and drinks; additionally, a type of dessert would be great on the menu. Having variety will add a spark to the wining and dining on that day.
Well done, Sam. Planning such an event isn't easy, and a dedicated team will be needed to carry out this event successfully.
