INTRODUCTION TO HIVE

Hello, Strangers--won't be for long--my name is Stephen and this is my first post here - my introductory post.

I don't have many hobbies; quite frankly, some of my hobbies transcend the other. I like to write; this is more like a talent, as I don't usually struggle to do this, but I also like to classify it as a hobby. I like photography; I'm not adept at this but, I don't suck at it either, I just wait for the right time to flash my phone camera. I like to read; both fiction and non-fiction, as a matter of fact, "like", is an understatement, I LOVE to read. And lastly, I love playing football, there's a little story behind this, but, I will not tell it today.

Sometimes I wonder what I am, and what I'm doing in this fragile flesh. Was it my fleeting desire for the measurable pleasure of living? Or my unwavering faith and belief in humanity? I crave answers, and hopefully, I find them before my time here is up.

Interestingly, I have been on this planet for quite some time--I'm not that old, though--but the question I find to be the hardest for me to answer is: "Tell me about yourself," or even, "Who are you?" I'm always torn between giving an existential answer or a superficial one. It also freaks me out, because I just wonder if I truly know myself, and that throws me off balance. I hope I do know myself, truly. And if I don't, I do hope that I find out, soon. That's pretty much everything that you need to know about me, my friends. I'm happy to be here. Oh, I'm an Architect too--I design buildings.

MY EXPECTATION
Simply, my expectation is connect with like-minded people, to expand my network by meeting new people and to share interesting stories and ideas with them. I don't want much from life, I just want make people happy, and point a stranger to the house they'd grown restive searching for.
