I absolutely understand you my dear friend, but you really should give him or any other guy that behaves that way a chance.
Some guys find it difficult talking to the girls they like or have a crush on. I was like that some years back until I got so many females friends and realized that girls aren't scary😂😂 so I can now talk to girls and socialize too

Hahaha, I had change too along the line, and I'm glad to hear you now realize girls don't bite !lol I guess those early times are like that.
Due to our environment or the things we hear, we feel reluctant to express ourselves because of fear of rejection.
On another note, you guys are trying, doing the asking, it is much easier to reject than to be rejected. So, my salute goes to the guys on this. Hahhaha.
