To reply to this week's topic, I believe the quote I recently stumbled across was;

Only the wearer knows where the shoe pinches

Sometimes we judge people based on what we think we know.

I agree that for some people whatever they are facing is self-inflicted but it's not true for everyone.

So my people, in our own little ways, let's try to be kind with our words and actions to others because na person wey wear shoe know where he dey pain am.

But seriously, this is actually a good quote. We all face different circumstances and different situations in life and we all respond differently as well.

Pointing a finger at someone without getting to know their circumstance is not ideal. All we can do is to empathize and be fair to each other.

You can never go wrong with a dose of kindness and compassion for a fellow human being.
