Happy Sunday, guys.
Yes, I went to church….I no dey carry last for this one. Na for presence of God fullness of joy dey.

So, today was all about health talk. Two doctors were invited to give talk on the diseases that affect our ears, nose and throat. Solutions were provided to many of them and we were advised to take care of our bodies, especially our livers. It was a great moment to learn about our health. God also wanted us to be in good health and we must also play our part by visiting the hospital regularly for check up.
