I grew up with a lot of people in the house. I had many younger and older cousins. Younger siblings who would be jumping up and down, and older siblings who would be distributing knocks according to size. Every Saturday, the usual Saturday breakfast was Akara and pap or custard. We would gather around and start singing. I knew many nursery rhyme songs, but my favorite that I still sometimes sing is:
London Bridge is falling down,
Falling down,
Falling down.
London Bridge is falling down,
My fair lady!
Take the key and lock her up,
And lock her up.
And lock her up.
Take the key and lock her up,
My fair lady!
How will we then build it up?,
Build it up,
Build it up.
How we will then build it up?,
My fair lady!
@hopestylist thanks for bringing me here. This is my favorite.

One of them was a primary school teacher, so she knew those rhymes well.
