I was discussing with a friend yesterday and he asked "what do you like in a man?".
After mentioning the main ones.
He clearly said that it sums up to sincerity and being genuine, which are hard to find now.
Especially when it comes to a lifetime situation.
So for the qualities.

- Be human

Your 3 desired qualities are all important in choosing a partner. Sincerity and being genuine seem to be as scarce as a hen's teeth nowadays.
Being intentional and not living by chance is also important.
