PERMALINK can't be changed.

PERMALINK ERROR. I went to one of my old draft, and published a post forgetting to change permalink...Can permalink be changed? A questioned I asked before deciding to take the post down and repost appropriately.

I was supposed to post this through the @inleo frontend, but the error I kept getting made be click publish....Since I didn't like that my post was having a different permalink, I decided to take it down.
