It can feel like corruption makes votes useless—but that mindset actually helps the problem grow.
In Nigeria, change has still happened when enough people show up. If you sit out, others will decide the outcome for you.
If not voting, at least do something useful that day—like supporting groups that encourages others to vote.
Stepping back completely rarely improves anything.
That mindset actually fuels the issue. And I feel that's just what they want each time so that it can be easier to do their malpractices and injustices.
We shouldn't stop back completely. Supporting groups that encourage voting is good.
