RE: Sam's Hangout #74- “PHYSICAL HANGOUT IN VIEW”

In response to this week's hangout question, I am very interested in physical hang out as this will enable some kind of bounding amongst members and connection can also be built through this channel.

I will prefer to make it a garden event. Gardens are usually in an open place so we hang out and also do publicity at the same time. People will get in boarded after the event that I am sure of.

For the outfit, think we should go with a brand of polo that will have the colors or one if the color on the community logo.

I can't really suggest the amount to contribute but I will suggest that a committee should be formed and a budget should be drafted by this committee then we can decide on how much to contribute.
