Its good to have a neighbor that cares for you and is always there for you cause in most neighborhoods especially mine it's a mind your business neighborhood except for a woman Mrs Jaja.
That your neighbor that likes to beg is really something else 😂, i once had a neighbor in school who did this a lot and he only stopped it when I said No to his request and then he stopped, sometimes we need to say No to something's if not it will keep on happening.
