I consider breathing a virtue that we all have, we are blessed for it.

Today I decide to celebrate life, celebrate a birthday, celebrate being among friends and in the company of some of my relatives.

When we have the opportunity to have a birthday, or share important dates with our loved ones, be it weddings or birthdays, we have to make the most of those things that may be very busy, busy but of great importance.

Tenemos la oportunidad de sonreír, ver con agrado las cosas maravillosas que, muchas veces no valoramos porque pensamos que son insignificantes, podemos caminar, hablar, escribir, observar las cosas majestuosas, aprender cosas nuevas, celebrar con nuestros familiares y amigos.

Cuando nos encontramos hospitalizados en el área de Terapia Intensiva, batallando entre la vida y la muerte,es cuando nos damos cuenta del valor de la vida, el valor de nuestros familiares de nuestros amigos, que ellos sin esperar nada a cambio están allí, siempre para nosotros, aunque capaz casi nunca estemos allí para ellos, estuve en el mes de octubre del años 2022, hospitalizada con Síndrome de hells, me fallaron los riñones, el corazón y los pulmones, y para la ciencia médica, con la hemoglobina en 6, decían que no tenía esperanza de vida, y en esos momentos es cuando más uno necesita aferrarse a Dios, y creer fervientemente en él. Por qué por el estamos aquí, para ti y para nuestros más allegados.

El respirar lo considero una virtud que tenemos todos, dichosos somos por ello.

Hoy decido celebrar la vida, celebrar un cumpleaños, celebrar estar entre amigos y en compañía de algunos de mis familiares.

Cuando tenemos la oportunidad de cumplir años, o compartir con nuestros amados sus fechas importantes ya sea de bodas o cumpleaños tenemos que aprovechar al máximo, esas cosas que capaz son muy trancitadas, concurridas pero de gran importancia.
