LIFE BLESSING: Celebrating my friend's 18th birthday

Good day, hivers! It's been a really long time since I last updated here and I missed posting here so much T-T. The last months of 2025 are really though, busy and tiring for me. I was busy applying to different universities for college alongside the scholarships. Review here, review there and apply here, apply there. That's been the cycle of my life before ending 2025.

But of course, there's always a chance to breathe, hang out with everyone after isolating myself for months, enjoying my own company. Last December 18, 2025, one of my friends celebrated her 18th birthday. It is truly a day well spent before moving to 2026.

MY BIRTHDAY GIFT

This friend of mine is a friend of everybody. She have lots of circles that I know would give her fancy and expensive birthday gifts. But she is not a materialistic type of a person, she would appreciate everything everyone would give to her.

And with that, I decided to make a handmade flower bouquet, a letter full of things I wanted to say to her, and some random diy gifts I saw online.

(I wasn't able to picture my letter and the other gifts because I was too excited I forgot to capture it.)

HER SPECIAL DAY

Honestly, before that day, all us were anticipating it because it also served us our get together after a while of not seeing each other.

That day, I called it "The purple Day" because everything around, all I could see was purple. (Is it obvious that her favorite color was blue? Hahaha)

Kidding aside, we started the celebration with greetings and gift givings. We had a little chitchats and got to admire the beautiful scenery of the beach before taking lunch.

All the foods on the table were very tasty and delicious, especially the cake that the celebrant, herself, personally baked! It was the first time I got to taste her cake!

It was the moment that will surely never forgotten. It was such a wonderful celebration not to capture, everything's worth the memory.

I was able to take picture with the celebrant and also a group photo with everyone and my circle. It was the day I never really wanted to end. I love these people so much!

Birthdays offers a chance to create a lasting memories with our loved ones. To my friend who enters in her legal age, may this be a significant celebration that marks an important milestone in her life. I hope she grows into a person she wanted to become and stays my friend for the rest of our lives.
