Yeah the clouds are special when the colours are like that. The laugh was I got through to the doctors and the receptionist was not friendly. Then I got a message to call them an hour later and the lady I spoke to that time was a wee sweetheart!

Aww that's sad, glad you were able to talk to one that was nice. I don't understand why most workers especially in the hospital tend to be strict and unfriendly.
