Wow, I would be rich if I could get those prices for my plants, I sold these types in this size pot for 1 dollar. I got 5 dollars if it was a special plant, none of these are special. The plants on the left are called pencil plants, all you need is a piece of one to grow them, just break it off and plant it, an easy one to grow. The same with the green and white one it is a spider plant, they put out pups, break one off, and plant. I wonder if they sell any at that price.

Yeah the prices were absolutely ridiculous. We have a spider plant at home and just could not believe the prices. Perhaps you are paying for the pots, but I don't think so.
They were just taking the piss, it is quite an affluent town with the university that attracts rich kids. It was where Prince William and Kate Middleton went for example.
Maybe I should ship my plants there, I would gladly sell them for half of their price. !LOL
