This is really a good sacred bond. It is really important to wait for your brother to do a lot of work for your sister. And the way your brother acts protectively for your sister is really a wonderful ritual. Performing such traditional activities is really a cultural feature seen in Hindu religious activities. I don't know much about Hindu religious activities, but I have some knowledge about it since Hindu friends have worked closely with me.
