Gotta be Every Little Thing for me. That's probably the main song that turned me on to the Police when I finally started listening to them years later. That and Every Breath You Take.

I must admit I loved their first album the most Outlandos d'Amour then Reggatta de Blanc, then they started to get big and was not as much as fan. But a big band in 1981.
I have Synchronicity on vinyl, so I am kind of partial to that one, but I think I also have the greatest hits album which really doesn't count.
