What does it take to solve difficult problems.

Using a People, Process and Technology framework, I was able to save our company many millions but it didn't happen until I called out some BSers in the system.
I decided I needed to be difficult to get at the root cause of a very difficult problem. It turned out that senior management decided that I should be promoted and setup for early retirement. So sometimes you can promote the difficult problem and be done with it.
I got to retire at 53 with full pension. Wonder what will happen on Hive now that I am dedicated to making Hive a better place for everyone.
Early indicators are that I am on the right track to not saving million but to making million for our PEPT community on Hive.

It's impressive how your rigorous approach and courage to call out what was wrong led to such significant results.
Being able to save millions for the company and then be recognized with a full early retirement is a huge accomplishment.
