The PEPT Game is about Kaizen philosophy.
Some people will look at new things or a different way of doing something and respond in a way that suggest it is a dumb idea, a waste of time and money. They may be unable to see the value preposition. So they ignore it. Others may suggest its just another snake oil scam.
The about response could represent what I call the late adopter cohort. This would not include the folks that are maybe jealous or looking for attention as the White Knight in the room, there to prevent you from being scammed.
The late adopters are about 50% of the population. May be called, Laggards or Late Majority.
PEPT philosophy 101 is to Learn Before You Earn anything.
Now when you put both of those things together, you are at the start of a fruitful journey. Your understanding and application of CPI methodologies is how you ensure success with everything you do. Each time you do something you improve from the previous cycle of learning and earning.
There is no White Paper for The PEPT Game
You may be able to produce something like a White Paper for some game pieces or token use case but each element by itself does not contribute to the synergy required for a proper PEPT operation or deliverable.
After all, it is a Perpetual Economic Power Terraformer framework. It's a set of best practices. It's a desire to reduce waste and boost productivity with all daily activities.
Say, your looking at one of your daily activity, something in support of your project deliverables and your not completely satisfied with what you see. What do you do? Well, you terraform such that you address foundational requirements first. And you build up from there with no intentions of going backward. You avoid rework. You identify all the repetitive tasks and start to implement processes that can be automated to the point human activity becomes minimal.
Next time you see something that is not right, say this is #TooFuckeh a few times and you will be motivated to take corrective action.
