Last day of January and I have achieved another first for me om Hive. Well, make it 3 firsts.

My First Power Up Month

Since I am often biased to #3, I figured I would try and Power Up one(1) Hive per day using 3 accounts.

This PEPT Game community exist to guide you in applying a personal development ethos that is highly focused on a Continuous Process Improvement methodology. It's not about re-inventing a wheel but using the wheel in a more effective and productive manner. So, make sure you review the content in the Tour tab of the site.

Consider making an introductory blog in this community. You never know how rewarding things are until you try. So lets take a closer look at what I tried this past month.

With the fjworld account I was able to complete my daily goal.

And, I did the same with the @TooFuckeh problem solving account.

Now for the @PEPT account, it turns out that on the first day I was too early so I had to adjust my daily routine time for this task.

Turns out, life is but a series of tasks that cycle. And we choose the amplitude and frequency that serves us best. Lets move on to leading by example.

Two powerful keywords, Leading and Example.

The PEPT Game model is fully operational and being tested. This year, the focus is on using the model in many different ways and for different purpose. As a PEPT Game player your goal is to improve on what you do everyday with an expectation of greater return for less effort. For a person new to Hive, the HiveBuzz Reward system can provide sufficient incentive to motivate beneficial changes in a daily routine. The PEPT Game community blogs focus on influencing change in a way that is collaborative and more likely to create synergy between PEPT subscribers, qualified players and anyone really, the content is visible to the world forever.

Sometimes I like to remind myself that some people say things while I do things. And I have done some strange things by the response I have had from different people. If I had not built The PEPT Game model and used it for my own guidance while on Hive I would have given up or convinced myself that my time would be better spent doing something else.

Now about Leaders

The PEPT Game community needs more leaders to help spread the benefits of using The PEPT Game model.

Yes, the website needs to go through a Plan-Do-Check-Act process improvement cycle. But, it serves a purpose at this time knowing that it is not as good as I would like to have it. And it provides a good example of what I remember hearing many years ago from Bill Gates when he struggled with the Blue Screen of Death. Don't quote me verbatim, but it goes like this; you don't have to be the best out there but you do need to be out there.

The FJism Principles and Beliefs are like a compass to help you along your journey. It is not about religion but about the spirit of things. Meaning, the adoption of a set of values and behaviours that are fundamental to giving good guidance and best practices for The PEPT Game community.

I was Baptized a Roman Catholic within a few hours of birth. In fact, I had a twin who was stillbirth and I was born with Menengitis. Long story short, it was my first NDE and so I am forever thankful for forces I do not completely understand. Over the years I invested a lot of time learning about different religions, including different versions of Christianity and I have learned from the spiritual belief of First Nation People that shared their land and knowledge with my Acadian ancestors.

The PEPT Game is seeking 7 disciples. Each would sponsor and provide mentorship for one of the 7 FJism Principle and Belief. They would help expand on the work I started. Each would share their own body of knowledge related to the specific belief and principle they sponsor.

Not all 7 leaders are required at this time. It's an evolving ecosystem so it could take a few years to recruit 7 disciples.

Each of the above blogs will be replaced with current content and improved linkages between Hive and the FJism website.

The @PEPT-Learn account will use its problem solving tokens to help fund and/or compensate the leader(s) and related process improvement initiatives they sponsor.
