Creativity, Knowledge, Subject Matter Expert and Human Core Values

Before I elaborate on this blog title and how it fits in The PEPT Game, I need you to understand what I call an "error-in-the-system" or "ghost-in-the-machine".

The PEPT problem solving account and this account, PEPT Principle and Belief account were down voted by some who possess a lot of power and influence on Hive. Now I know, my content is note deleted. The main reason why I chose Hive blockchain for my project was its immutable capability. However, because of how rules, protocols and directives are implemented on Hive, it appears to the public that my accounts are flagged for some kind of concern. Now, my @fjworld account was down voted as well but it took the hit a little better. This experience has led to much more caution and concern about some Hivers and their activities on Hive. I do not lie, cheat nor steal but some people do. I believe in building long, loyal and trusting relationships. In almost 3 months from today, on my mother's birthday, my wife and I will celebrate 46 years of marriage. With trust, I can save a lot of work. So let us see if I can earn some trust by being totally honest, no hype and demonstrating total transparency. I am on a journey. When you have some FJism tokens it means your journey and my journey share some of the pathways to where ever we are going.

Creativity

In our image, above, at the center of the bright light is the beginning and the end of a cycle. The prism on either side represents events that lead to and emanates from a particular moment in space and time. Are you still here? The point is, you only live one moment at a time. Once you accept this you are ready for the next part of The PEPT Game.

Knowledge

By now, many of you heard and may believe that knowledge is power. Well, in an FJ world it is secondary to creativity. It is secondary to creativity. I am mostly an observer and with much practice I can often see many things that are unexplainable. Not the person but their purpose, intent and actions. I have seen smart people do some dumb things. Me included. Especially the dumb part. This is the realm of The PEPT Game that created PEPT Philosophy 101 - Learn Before You Earn anything. Now this tagline may seem silly to some but for me, it is a constant reminder to consider if my current actions are complimentary to good decision making.

Subject Matter Expert

We are all intelligent human beings. Let me re-phrase that. We are all programmable devices. That's better.

On Hive I see many SME's. In fact, there is an overabundance of SME's. Their actions and inactions can be linked to many concerns in our beloved communities. And that does not surprise me. Obviously, it's not all bad but some rebalancing of how knowledge is applied is in order. This is where the @PEPT-Learn account comes into play. By following well understood methodologies and implementing problem solving models under good decision making leadership you start a cycle of continuous improvement and innovation. Our current economic environment is such that some players in the game are very content in not making too many changes. Changes could mean a re-balancing of digital wealth within the communities. Imagine if you had the highest reputation score and the most Hive Power but you still only had a limited voting power when it came time to lower the reputation score of a project account that didn't belong to you.

If you are not a Subject Matter Expert then it is most important that you learn what one looks like. And of course, one you trust.

Human Core Values

In this secretive digital world, who needs core values if your actions can be hidden via bot activities? People go through a lot of effort to hide their identity on Hive. Not everyone but some do. I had a good look at some DHF proposals and some project tactics used to onboard people, well, accounts on Hive and it is not hard to see some serious problems connected to these newly created accounts. I also see well established accounts where I ask myself if that is a good way to earn on Hive. There are many, many ways to earn on Hive.

I spent many hours meditating about the ways people earn on Hive. After much analyzing, I found that I needed something to set the tone, direction and values for my project. The desire to growing a huge amount of digital wealth to share must be guided by some established principles and beliefs. Hence, FJism was created. FJism is a Hive account, a game piece and a website. The first cycle was completed and is ready for the next Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle of improvement. Consider holding at least one FJism game piece if you like what you see unfolding.
