Good to read from you again, I was already wondering what's up :-D I'm actually using my secondary account, @beelshops , to do just that - writing a little diary. The combination with actifit helps a lot in that, making it regular and being rewarded regularly.
Today was busy, work out in the gym, then team meeting at the bakery. I got my step-daughter to work on a data base that I needed and was too lazy to do myself, but she wants to make some money, so it was a win-win. Chilled in the afternoon, and then had Tang Soo Do classes. Nothing to complain about - besides being tired now.

Sometimes life throws a bunch of stuff all once to see if you have what it takes to dig yourself out. So it seems. !LOLZ

I had to look up Tang Soo Do. It got me thinking of the days I took Defendo while I was an Air Cadet.

Yeah I had to look it up, too. I'd prefer Aikido, but I take what I can get here, and it's good for Kami, my step-daughter, to learn.
