It was called Pack Sale - Phase 2 officially.
General sale starts in four days
How did you fare during this second phase where the pack were bought exclusively with the Credits? Plus vouchers, of course.
I didn't buy enough in one go to receive bonus packs this time. Also, I didn't purchase vouchers on the Hive-Engine market.
I was quite satisfied with the airdropped vouchers and Credits that I bought with airdropped $SPS. In a way, I got all these packs for free.
I still have one Voucher left. I guess I should keep it because it will be needed in the future?
Both Voucher and $SPS airdrops continue which is good :)
General Sale
The Chaos Legion general sale is scheduled to begin on Monday, January 17th, 2022 at 12:00 EST / 17:00 UTC. The remaining 12M Chaos Legion packs plus any unsold packs from the second phase of the sale will be available for sale at that time for $4.00 per pack and will no longer require VOUCHER tokens to purchase, however VOUCHER tokens will be required in order to receive bonus packs along with larger pack purchases in a single transaction.
Please note that even if not all 2M packs are purchased during the second phase of the sale, the first two airdrops will still occur before the general sale begins and therefore will only be available to players who purchased packs before then.
So, no Vouchers will be necessary for single buys. I guess the market will react to this. Let's see the current $VOUCHER prize on @leodex.

Did buy some packs, hopefully enough to get some airdrop cards. I do believe I already purchased 52 packs at the moment.
Will purchase 200 more when the public sale starts.

Well, I bought 100 packs in the first pre-sale and 100 packs in the second one. Also, I managed to catch those bonus backs both times. So, I had 220 packs eligible for these two new card airdrops. They said, approximately every 50 packs bought in pre-sales and eligible for airdrops have an almost guaranteed chance to catch at least one airdropped card. In my concrete case that would mean 4 cards or maybe even more if I get lucky. But, guess what, for the whole 220 (eligible) packs I've got only one card. I must say that I feel a bit betrayed or at least very well tricked and quite naive.

I just opened both airdrops and got two Baa-something and zero of those washing-powder-name characters.
Don't feel bad. You still have 220 packs which are worth more than you invested in. I hope :)

But funny thing is that the only card I've got was also that Baa-something whale or orca, or whatever, while this "washing-powder-name character," as you called it came only in a "Vanish" form (otherwise quite good stain remover) in Splinterlands world meaning not-appearing-one with the greatest ability of all currently available, to vanish before it even appears. 😂🤣
