My Dcity Progress | Student Debt | Powering up
Hi Everyone,
I am back with another update. This time for DCity and SIM.
I haven't posted about Dcity for a few months now, as most of the things were automated with the citizens and business cards setup. I was only daily collecting the Young Citizen/Student NFT cards from Sim millionaire club claim which was automatic initially but later turned to manual and even with top 400 SIM Income holders only.
DCITY progress
As I gathered 1 Million SIM Power I was powering up little by little in between in smaller amounts and now having around 1.25 Million SIM power. I have powered up more before, but then I also invested in buying new cards as I was missing population to work in my businesses in the city. So bought a few housing, workers and a few other cards.

I also got this amazing background from creativity mining stat which is great.
Education
I also invested in increasing education stats for ranking and bought a few Professor, Student and other school related cards that is going well and education stat is increasing daily with new students card from Daily claim.
Crime
Luckily I have been able to make crimes 0 in my city and there are no stealing of daily earnings. I hope this will be same for some time now, unless there is a change in global stats by elected president.
Student Debt
Student debt is also increasing or maybe I am not regularly checking. Anyways today spent around 3850 SIM to pay debt of students.
That is I think still the best investment as I get good citizens out of debt, sometimes I do get Homeless as they have to pay all in debt and not able to grow.
As you can see I got many great cards like Doctor, Scientist, Engineer that helps the people of the city. Also Eco Activist and Soldier that works for the city. Can say good progress.
I am still looking to spend more time here, but as the city is growing on its own, I feel I can still manage.
