A green canvas in the heart of the city

When we wander around in this busy city built of bricks and mortar, some simple scenes of nature bring a strange peace to our minds. In the first picture, an old brick wall covered in moss is seen, which stands with many stories of the passage of time. Above it, a fair of green leaves is raising its head. Next to the modern building behind, a bird is preparing to spread its wings. It is as if there is an eternal desire to fly free even in a life confined to a brick and stone cage.

When the eyes turn to the sky in the second picture, a completely different feeling arises. The delicate latticework of the leaves created with the blue sky as the background is like the canvas of a skilled artist. The branches of the trees spread out like zigzag lines all around, and a piece of blue sky peeks through the gaps.

These small scenes around us remind us that even amidst the hustle and bustle of city life, nature is still there in its glory. We just need to stop and open our eyes to take in the beauty. The peace hidden in the brick and wood walls of the city and the open sky above our heads provides us with the resources for our daily survival.
